Mine seems to have a lot of pedal left. I went to southern Illinois last June, drove on expressways and always felt like I could keep up and had a little extra. My car has a 3.8 (205hp) and it is a little zippier.

You are driving an 3700+ pound brick down the road that is powered by an economy value engine. Your vehicle is going to be slow and the really only way to fix that is to install a supercharger that was built for the Grand-Am GT's.

They are trash and will shorten the life of the engine.

Did you do an engine swap or something? As far as I know, they only came with the 3.4, 3.5, and 3.6.

I have been thinking about putting on a Supercharger, at the dealer, that way its covered under my warenty, but the SC system is like 2000+ bucks.. A little out of my budget considering the economy..
