I have the 10 speaker system and am pretty happy with the performance, especially for a stock system. There is some road noise coming from the rear of the Tek that my gravel road exacerbates. To give the stereo a fair review, I think I should work on the road noise and rattles.

So, has anyone installed Dynamat or a similar sound dampening material in the doors, if so did it help much? I have had fantastic results in others vehicles, but the Tek seems fairly well dampened in the doors already.

Has anyone sound dampened the rear cargo area floor, this seems to be the main source of noise, or maybe the tailgate?

He did an awesome job. I have about half of a master roll left, looks like I'll dampen the rear cargo area first. Looks pretty straight forward.
