Windsor here. Wouldn't mind attending a rally before parting with the Tek. Sorry to say it but the car has given me to many problems and I just got a recall notice today for the rear ball joints.

Sure TheHipAztek I wouldn't mind attending a GTG in Windsor, I'm usually at the university 3 out of 5 days a week so something around that area would work or else I live in Tecumseh so we could figure out something for around there just like a quick meet and greet type of dealy. Where do you work by the way?

Hey SCUBAztek I can't really remember how I found out about the club. I've been a member for about a year now and I was on the mailing list before thru yahoo! groups I think. I wanted to start a Windsor chapter of AztekOwners, never got off my lazy butt to do it though. I may have seen you around Windsor but I'm not quite sure, if you see a Citrus Green AWD with a custom side exhaust that sounds like a camaro thats me. My girl lives downtown so I'm in the Ouellette/Goyeau area pretty much every weekend.

I drive an 01 Red, If I see you I will stop and say Hi,  I love the look of your exhaust,  I have been wanting to do something like that as well.  Do you have a True Dual setup?  97Drexelgrad also has done some Exhaust work on his, Duals that come straight out the back.  His sounds Aweome as well.

No its not a true dual setup, I have a Flowmaster 40 series that is single out with a y-pipe coming out and 2 ansa polished stainless tips. I think its a y-pipe, I look under my Tek tomorrow and get back to you on it. I had the whole job done at Santings OK Tire on Walker Rd., cost around $300 I believe with the exception of the flowmaster which I bought new on ebay for $90 canadian.

Another Ontario Canada member here although I would like to go further than Niagara falls for a Rally seeing that I just live 15 minutes away. My as well just set-up in the backyard ...LOL .

Anyhow, I'm not 100% sure on this but I doubt that you can go tru dual exhaust on these things. I had a 1989 Gran Prix that I dualled after the catalytic and I put 2 mufflers and of course 2 tailpipes and tips.

For it to be true dual exhaust you wuld have to come straight off the manifold............. I think!

Welcome to the club Crystavox

I hope you enjoy your stay, please post often, ask lots of questions, and be sure to put some pics up in the gallery

Also there are a number of us that chat most days around lunch time, just hit the Live chat button at the top

Consider attending the Internationla Rally in June.

Another one of our members 97Drexelgrad has said he would streak through the campground wrapped in a Canadian Flag if the Canadians outnumber the Americans there.
