Hey all, been away for a while.

I have a weird issue.

I have towed a trailer for a few years now, using a standard 4 pin plug (T-Bar pluged'd into the tail lights of course) and we just upgraded to a new one with a 7 pin. I noticed when I started pulling it, when I start to slow down, the "park light out" notification on the dash. When I am not towing, there is no issue, but I have noticed when I use my FAB to lock/unlock my park lights do not flash anymore.

I just found out that I have the plug in the left rear area of the floor that I will be wiring up in the next week.

Will this fix my issue?
Any suggestions?

Those "T" connectors are a quick fix but not always the best option. They tend to confuse the BCM (body control module).  It operates and controls all that is electronic.  Ihad my old Tek hooked up to a 7 way connector with no problems.

So would this (blue & white) plug in the rear floor fix this issue?

Likely yes.  That circuit is wired and fused individually
